Overview
Kenntnissen, founded by S Pethuraja, believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within two to three days of placing the order due to a technical issue preventing you from viewing a course. However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the reason is inappropriate.
- If you feel that an online course is not showing up on your dashboard or is showing up with technical errors, please bring it to the attention of our InfoDesk team within 2-3 days by contacting this email address infodesk@kenntnissen.org. After looking into your complaint, the InfoDesk team will make an appropriate decision and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- In case of any Refunds approved by the Kenntnissen, it’ll take 3-4 days for the refund to be processed to the end user.
